This is a Family owned bank that helps those who bank there like Family. First name basis usually. Great people. Bought my Mustang thru them. They helped sending me to Nashville when I got started in music back in 1994. Wonderful to feel loved. God Bless each person there. They are Very Special Folks.

When I first moved here in 1983 the First National Bank was the bank we with to . And we are still with them. They are friendly and helpful. If you move here First National Bank would be a great bank for you and your family. They even help us get our first home here and other Loans. I could go on about the The Waynesboro’s Family Bank , that’s what I call it. God Bless .

This is a horrible bank. The ATMs that they own don't work half the time so you wont have access to your money after hours. My card has been compromised on 3 different occasions. I recieved my latest debit card in May and have already been contacted by thir outsourced fraud protection. So they cancel the card and then I'm forced to wait a week or so to get a new one, after I have to go to a branch and fill out another form for a new card. Then they will charge you sometimes a $5 fee for a new card. Just a warning, dont bank with the First National Bank of Waynesboro!

I have banked with this bank for over 20 yrs, not once have I ever had a problem with them. Everyone there is super friendly and always go beyond what they are suppose to. I would not hesitate at all recommending this bank. Keep up the good work!

I am a small business owner and my biggest problem has been with banks. This bank has helped me grow as my business has grown. Very thankful and will continue to work with this bank.

The employees at this bank do not know what they are doing half the time, almost all of them act like they are sooo much better than everyone else and on holidays they NEVER have the correct closing times posted online. The day before Thanksgiving it said online that they were open until 4 PM, however when I got there at 2:30 I was rudely told by people outside of the bank to leave because they were closed.
