      Terrible bank. I was eating down town and parked in a first source lot come back out and there is a 12x12 sticker on my window to tow my truck. The sticker won’t come off I’m going to have to get a new window. I went in to try to talk to them and asked them to remove it the guy couldn’t of been more rude. The customer service is garbage and the people couldn’t be ruder stay away 1st national Chase Better options in downtown Kzoo

      Our parking lot has always been and continues to be a private lot with signage posted in numerous locations.  The entrance to the parking lot has a sign posted indicating  "All Unauthorized Vehicles Will Be Towed At Owner's Expense."
