Very unhappy since FNB, Metro was 5⭐ It took 3 if my husbands death certificates,( they misplaced first two), at $20 a certificate they promised to reimburse but never did. Eight months later & many calls and trips to the branch finally account was corrected. They've put fraud restriction on my debit card without notifying me and auto bills now have late charges. My cell phone service disrupted because I wasn't notified. Working on changing Automatic deposits to go to Northwest with phenomenal customer service.

They'll charge $12 a day for overdraft fees. I set up my account so I can't personally overdraft it but they charge $3 to use any ATM and that's how they got me. I tell anyone I see not to use this bank.

I was very pleased with my service. Wanted to open an account for my first time and Joshua was very nice and explained my options. Tellers were all very friendly and accommodated all my request. Was very pleased with how they handled covid precautions also. Needless to say. When I left I felt I made some banking friends. Had some issues with online service and called the 1-800 # the young lady was so nice. She had me chuckle a few times, she wouldn't let me off the line until I was in and online with my account. I appreciate that, most the time they rush you!

People at this specific branch are great, but since the switch from Metro I feel like I've been screwed more times than my entire time with Metro. Outrageous overdraft fees, horrible and extremely rude customer service from the 1-800 number, I've had nothing but unpleasant experiences with this bank since the "merger". This went from a place with awesome customer service and hours that fit my schedule, to a place that is fueled by greed and expects you to work around THEIR schedule. I don't typically write reviews, but if I can save one person from overdrawing $1 and owing $50, then it's well worth it.

I've had more problems with this bank since they switched from Metro than any other bank I've ever used. I made a deposit a couple weeks ago and when I checked the slip it was off by $675! Luckily I caught it and entered the correct amount in my register. I've had overdraft money transferred for no reason at all. And they charge me a fee every time they transfer money to cover an overdraft, plus a yearly fee to have that service - all of which was free with Metro. Go across the street to Wells Fargo if you are planning on opening a new account. Don't go here!

Went from best bank (Metro) ever to worst bank (FNB) ever. Months after they withdrew the $800 I owed the IRS for 2017, is when they gave it to the IRS. Letters stating penalties and interest... from the IRS were pouring in. When I showed them that FNB took that money out months ago, they were not very happy with them either. Of all people to not pay... I am almost completely done switching all of my banking elsewhere.

They hardly answer phones. And when I do talk to someone or leave a message. They never call back to answer the question. Switching banks now.

All I wanted was a new debit card so I go into the branch. Have to call the 1800 # to do that since it was a specific account. Went home, called the 1800 #. They said I can only get a debit card at the branch since it is a specific account. Be in sync people! It’s one or the other! Waste of my time and gas!
