The two Banks it was before were way better. First national Bank had shorter hours. Not open on Sunday. They close when most people get off work. I never overdrafts my account until they changed to first national. The people are some what nice. Already walked to the lobby right at closing and the lady was locking the door. She wouldn't let me in. Like come on you cannot let one more in? If I was there 20 second earlier I would of made it. It's just curtiousy. Try to treat the customer. I miss metro or commerce. Also they charge you $2.50 to use your ATM card at any other machine that's not first national. Even tho the machine already charged you. So it cost roughly $5 to take out money. All the hidden fees are terrible too.

This bank is completely incompetent. I ordered a card and specified that the card be expressed as I was going out of the country in several days. The bank DID NOT express ship my card. Instead, they sent it with standard shipping. I am leaving the country without a card because of this banks complete incompetence. BOTH my parents and myself stressed that the card must come in 2-3 days as I would be gone for the entire summer and the bank assured me that it would. I was never told otherwise and had to drive down to the bank a day before I left to find out that the card had been sent with standard shipping. The fact that this is acceptable is horrifying. I am now stuck in a foreign country without a card and have to pay again to express my card to another country with hopes that it arrives. I’m completely and utterly disappointed. I do not know how they can get away with doing this to their customers and have no repercussions for doing so.

This is a horrible bank. It needs to be shut down immediately! They like to judge people who walk through that door. They look for any opportunity to charge you for any and everything. We have had multiple times were the "system" kept charging us multiple over draft fees yet there was money in our account. They were charging us hundreds of dollars and all they could say was we are sorry we do not know why the "system" is doing this. I am surprised this bank is in business for this long! It needs to go!!

I'd like to give this bank 0 star but can't. Fees on top of fees if you make a little mistake like overdraw by $10 and not know it because the switched you to paperless even though you didn't want it. The $10 over draft cost me $100. Drop these guys like a hot potato!

The worst bank ever. Run for the hills. Customer service is horrible, bank has security breaches all the time, hours are when everyone is working - do I need to say any more? Your sock drawer would be a better bank than this establishment. Bank anywhere else - literally anywhere else.

RUN AWAY do not walk- RUN! I have had nothing but issues with this bank and today was the last straw. I transfered money from another bank--as I have done for the past 3 months. THe money went "missing" only to find out that FNB was denying the transaction. I recieved a letter today saying that the transaction did not go through but the lady I spoke to said it is in the account- she would call and find out the code for me. That was at 2:30 this afternoon- it is now 7 oclock as I type this and I did not got a call back. They cannot keep managers there and they are rude- and condescending. Members 1st is right up the road- and I wil be taking all 4 of my accounts there.

Avoid this bank at all costs. They will literally rob you and take money from your account. Keep a close eye on your spending and the amount of money in your account and you will see what I mean. This bank was so much nicer when it was Metro but ever since this company took over the employees are rude and the company doesn't care about the customers and just wants to make money off of you. I had a situation when I got double charged over withdrawal fee of $74! And it had to do with their banking system because my check did go through and they said there was nothing they could do. Please avoid this bank of a disgusting company.

Downhill in every way since the change from Metro. Too few employees on site and the ones there are seem busy doing non-customer tasks. No functional pens and no forms to make a deposit. You have to ask for them. Horribly long wait time when you phone Customer Service. The it takes 2 or 3 tries to get a person who knows anything. If you get a decent CS Rep ask for their name and direct phone line. Now that I can call Edwin at least it takes fewer calls to get a person who is polite and knows something. The online banking has no Help screens for the Budget function. You are supposed to figure it out on your own. The categorization function for checks doesn't work half the time. I have to assign categories to my checks every day because the system fails to. I am a systems analyst with 30+ years experience. I have designed web sites for customers. This one is crappy. I may yet change banks, but I have not been impressed by the other ones here in Hershey either. Tried to talk to Members First about a change. Said they would get back to me but did not. People I know who have M & T complain bitterly. I was mistreated by Wells Fargo when they had my mortgage loan. So not much left.

Poor charges and fees on top of reduced hours that no working person can reasonable be expected to meet without time off (unlike previous METRO). I was infuriated when I called their 1800 number with little to no help. The local staff was respectful and understanding and the only reason it is not a one star. I closed my account and will not pursue a mortgage or even basic savings account there.

Deposited a payroll check on a Friday at 6:30pm at the ATM was told funds will not be available until Tuesday...the payroll check is in fact from a First National Bank account and calls in to speak to a rep and a manager gave no satisfaction or resolution and Saturday is not considered "next bussiness day" even though they are clearly open....for three pathetic hours. They see a deposit was made, they even know the amount! Time to find another bank....Not happy at all.
