I guess they don't support small businesses. I needed $30 in change for some cash sales and they refused because I didn't have an account? That's ok PNC just got my personal checking n savings, my business checking, my entire families accounts, plus I have an appointment to set up credit card processing and a new business credit card...see what you lost over $30.

I have worked for, and dealt with many banks over my 60+ years, and I have never ever encountered a worse banking system than FNB. To try to list the things I dislike about this bank would take far too long, but here are a few highlights: Their on line banking system is not easily compatible with Quick Books. They have cancelled my current debit card, without ever sending me replacements (after they took over Metro Bank) in spite of my many calls asking them to send new cards. They set up accounts wrong, and actually refused to cash a government check for me. I had to deposit it and wait three days before I could access the funds. Banking from the stone age. Hate, Hate Hate this ban and will be moving to a new bank ASAP.

Terrible service. I would highly recommend searching for a new bank. I've had my card blocked more times than I can count and calling customer service is horrible as well. Most call wait times are around 30 minutes to receive any help.

Twice they deposited my money into someone else's account Even when I supplied my driver's licence through the drive-through and had to press the call button to verbalize their mistake. The drive thru wait time Is quite long so if your in a hurry don't go through the drive thru. It seems often they do not have a teller for each drive thru lane open so it takes even longer and I've seen inside the bank they have no one designated to drive thru only, they have the tellers at the front desk waiting on inside customers as well as trying to wait on drive thru customers its quite bad. This location was good when it was commerce Bank then metro was even greater with later hours, free coin counting services and much faster service in general and now as first national Bank its quite a disappointment. It seems like they continuously get new people So often when you go there you have to treat it like it's the 1st time your there Generally all I have to do is send in my payroll check tell them I want to deposit it into my checking account and they do it but when there's a new person than they want to send you out a deposit slip taking up more time from the growing line behind you when they have your driver's licence and can easily look it up and keep things moving.

I asked them to close my bank a/c and they waited until it was in a negative of $0.01. Yes! One cent! First they charged me $37 o/d fees and a recurrence of $12 every 3 days. From one cent to $139 sounds like a nightmare. Really unbelievable. I had a back and forth phone call with them to reverse the charges but the CSRs were rude and unprofessional. Ever since this bank took over from Metro bank things spiraled out of control. They have a "wild Wild West" policies aimed at robbing its customers of their hard earned money. It is clear that this bank's reputation is horrible and it is solely aimed at destroying people's credit and making money off of them. What a shame! My advice to whoever wants to open an a/c with this bank is this:"stay away before you regret it! Find an alternative bank". If want to change your address they want you to write a letter and fill out a form and send it to them for the change to be effected. That's takes a long long time. We in a electronic era and want things to move fast. Everyone has gone green in terms of e-technology but this bank is nowhere near satisfaction to its customers. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. I don't see it surviving in the next 5 or 6 years.

Absolutely horrific bank. Customer service is horrible. Closing all of my accounts immediately!! Been with metro for years never had a problem. Every since the change to FNB it has been awful. Fees, fees and more fees. If I could rate this bank negative 4 stars I would. I am only giving it 1star because that is the lowest it will let me rate it. Very miserable unfriendly staff. Not customer oriented at all.

I have never had issues with a bank until working with FNB. I've heard so many complaints from friends and family that use this service as well. Additionally, a teller at my local branch miscounted my money, and when I approached the manager, she was so unhelpful and rude. They failed to return my three calls, and were very unfriendly when handling such a sensitive issue.i never got the money back. I wouldn't bother opening an account here because with their customer service, they'll be out of business before long.

Horrible customer service from the tellers and even the “branch manager.” I drove to the bank and asked them to simply add my street address in their system so that it would print my physical address instead of just the P.O. Box on my statement and first they told me they couldn’t do it at all. When they realized that it could be done, they still gave me a “maybe” and said they didn’t have time for me and they would “call me when they look into it and could take an hour.” Their only exception and saving grace was one of their 3 tellers on duty who called me to say it was taken care of. This person happened to be out to lunch while I was actually there. Will be switching to a credit union as soon as I get what I need from them.

Ever since the switch customer service went out the door. It takes a half hour to make a simple business account deposit. It took my father over an hour (and three attempts) to have a simple paper notarized. I have never been so disgusted with a company.

Highly recommend going with an entirely different bank. Too many hidden fees at this bank it’s ridiculous.
