I cannot say enough about how great this bank has been for me! I opened my accounts around September. First, the people working here are very personal & authentic! Also, there is very little money required to keep my accounts open. My work is sporadic and income isn’t steady, so that is the first blessing. Thirdly, my account got hacked online, which was very concerning, but with one quick call to First Mutual, they has fees snd my money returned to me in full! Fourthly, I won an absolutely beautiful Christmas wreath for my door a few days ago! It was really classy and so appreciated. This bank took over a great bank and has destroyed it's reputation. They are not willing to help anyone that is an older person (over 60). I have seen this out of their people several times. I can say this much.... As soon as I have the ability to take my business somewhere else, I will! My suggestion is to take your banking/financing to any other bank in the MOV.
