First Midwest Bank Madison St, Waukegan

I had a wonderful experience walking in to this branch. I had a gentleman by the name of Jesus Sanchez help me. What a charismatic ball of energy I couldn’t believe how professional and friendly he was.

I like the old location better the staff was still nice no change or problem there its just the new location is stuffy like hot and its very claustrophobic more parking on the outside but a big loss on standing room in the actually bank and you still have to go to old location to use atm

My husband is a business owner, he cuts down trees for a living. So walking into the bank my husband looks pretty scruffy. When entering the bank we didn't get a welcome or a smile. The whole time I felt very uncomfortable feeling completely unwelcome due to our unconventional appearance. To try and break the ice a little bit I asked the teller next to ours the pronunciation of her name. I was met with standoffish and frost!! Her attitude was as if I was bothering her or something. I could understand if she were busy but she didn't even have a customer or seem to be doing any other kind of work!! With that being said i hope to NEVER have to do business at NORSTATES BANK IN WAUKEGAN ever again!! Businesses please train your employees in customer service!!
