Talk about Busy. You're lucky if you can even pull in to make a transaction. Line of vehicles are put in the road on a daily basis. Even after putting more lines in for customers. Can hear what the teller is saying across the street. Not good. Personal info may be leaked. Be careful patrons

My experience at FLNB/Liberty has been wonderful. The employees always seem eager to help and enjoy doing so with smiles. The president is very friendly and waves hello as you enter.

so far I have had good to great experiences with them in the last 15 years that I have been banking with them. Granted, I don't have lots of interactions with the physical bank very often because I usually do everything online. Their online banking is a bit clunky but it has gotten much better over the last few years. I like the yearly hotdog/bbq sandwich and music give back event that they do. I am not a huge fan of the virtual teller at the ATM in Hardin, it used to be much easier and quicker to get in and out with your money when they had the old atm locations. One other thing that I don't care for is there overcharge fee system. They will let multiple overdraft fees pile up and if you don't catch they aren't warning you. For example, if you buy 3 pieces of candy over 3 days from different merchants, you will get charged 35.00x3 with no courtesy call warning you.

Honestly I would put 0 stars if that was possible. Used the ATM that they have near brookshire brothers trying to withdraw money. Well it gave an error saying to contact my card people and then took $26.50 from my card claiming it was a withdraw from that ATM. Called the bank and they refuse to even send a technician out to look at the machine. And didnt bother trying to resolve the issue.

Not happy at all with the new card change. Received a letter around the 7th notifying of the card change. Never received my new card or any other correspondence. On the 28th my old card was canceled to which I was unaware this was going to happen. So at a restuarant my card was declined, just like you see in movies, I was humiliated. So on the 29th I called at 830 am. I asked what the problem was and i was told that because I moved my card wouldn't forward, and although it had not been returned(later I realize it had not even been sent yet) they would cancel it and issue me another one that day. Before hanging up the woman told me my card was ordered and I would receive it in 5-7 days. Yesterday the 6th (7 days) my card arrived I tried to activate it and the company refused due to not matching their system. I called flnb and was told they had no record of that card. I looked at the envelope and realized it was the card that supposedly wouldn't forward. So the woman looked at my account and said your card wasnt ordered till the 31st (not the 29th) and it will be up to 10 days before you have your card. That's 13 days with no access to my account, (and most businesses won't take personal checks anymore). I am not a happy camper at this point but all she has to say is she's sorry and can't help, very bad for business. I hang up and the envelope still sitting in my lap draws my attetion again. The post mark on the envelope is for the 29th addressed to and forwarded from my old address. This means that my new card was not even mailed to me until after my old one expired on the 28th(with 2 copies of a flyer stating my old one would be canceled on the 28th). So they canceled my old card the day before they mailed me the new one, then canceled the new one the same day they mailed it to me, then ordered me a replacement 2 days after I was told the replacement would be sent and instead of 5-7 days it's "more like 10". I realize this has probably been a nightmare for them as well, but I have automatic payments refused, and bills unpaid because of this situation and the way it was handled. If I had been better informed or at the very least been given better service on trying to fix the problem that shouldn't have been a problem if they had sent my new card before the old one expired, I would not have a different bank as of hanging up from them yesterday. With no service charges & atm fees to boot. Farwell flnb.

The fact that they charge $20.00 to take a payment over the phone or to do a web payment is crazy! They will not get my business again for a loan at all!!

I went to cash my check and she deposit it instead of cashing it and then see was rude about it telling me that she told me.
