First Interstate Bank Rue Terre, Cheyenne

One of the worst companies, go elsewhere. I just found out First Interstate Bank and First American Title did not correctly do my deed with a re-finance. What they provided the county had mistakes all over it, and they split my property in two without my knowledge or consent resulting in an overdue tax bill. Know your legal property description before doing any business with these two "business" entities, and watch every piece of paper they put in front of you. I will never do business with these people again!

Very helpful. Workable loans for land and construction. More to offer than most places if finding a lender yourself. Better than wells and first national. More to offer than PSCU and blue. But alas I don't know their car loans. Family banked there for long time before I get there. Staff just kind and not weird when baby teething and breastfeeding. I left with one saying take a cookie to go bc when I first walked in I said these ones are really good (peanut butter and choc). They don't hold funds like bellco nor wells. So glad. Changed direct deposit and working with them. Kristen Anderson is awesome.

Sitting in the drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes to simply cash a check when no other customers are driving thru is unacceptable. It happens all too often.

The people here are so friendly and eager to help. They know me by name as soon as I walk in. I have banked at other places, but this bank surpasses all of the others by far with their stellar customer service.
