First Interstate Bank 12th Ave S, Nampa

Have been hesitant with continuing to bank through this establishment. But after being charged for overdraft fees, even though the account was not overdrawn, that is absolutely asinine. The fact that the employee acknowledged the error, and was told the issue would rectify itself, only to be told by another employee, that was misinformation. With no further attempt to resolve the issue, will be establishing my services at another bank immediately! Banks haven't, and will never care about their customers, and its a disgusting business.

This bank should be shut down. Workers are friendly, horrible eequipment and management. Have gotten sent to collections for them making my payments on wrong payments. They dont give good advice. Undertrined staff. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Awful bank transition from IIB to First Interstate. I had filed a POA on my brother's account less than a month ago spent an hour doing it and now they have lost it a month later and have no record. Interstate is a poor bank dont do business here.

This bank is not helpful and they just take out 5 dollar service charges when ever they feel the need I haven't used my debt card in 2 weeks and now there charging a service charge I recommend don't use this bank?

There were only three cars ahead of me yet I had to sit in my idle car for about an hour. When I finally got to the window, there was still no sign that anyone was in a hurry.

If I could give this bank a minus I would. What customer service???
