First Horizon Bank Ramsey St, Fayetteville

Very unprofessional attitudes, they lose paperwork, their copier breaks, and they're slow. If I could go back, I wouldn't have ever bothered with this bank. I'm sure that the employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and short staffed but never have I felt like a "Karen" and I feel like I'm considered one every time I go here and that makes me uncomfortable. I avoid having to as much as possible. 2 stars because you can tell they're trying. However, i'm definitely switching banks.

I have had several pleasant experiences with this bank. The two ladies that work the counter are always nice and greet you when you walk in. The manager will usually come out of his office to greet you if he does not have a customer in his office. I am not sure why some people have said it is a bad bank. I guess some people are just going to be miserable no matter what you do. You could give away free money and somebody is going to complain.

I have had an account here for 2 years. Very friendly tellers. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are closed on Saturday.

They can be slow at times but other than that I've had a pretty pleasant banking experience with them.

Not a good service. I wish I hadn't have account with you all. You all scammers and attitudes over the phone.
