If you need to go to the branch and work 8-10 hours you can’t even see them because they’re always closed and it’s not convenient for the customers. Most banks open at 8-4 or 5 they only are open until 5 on Fridays. Even before Covid they changed their hours.

There ATM stole all my money and I call them call the 800 number my phone gets turned off because I didn't make the payment because they stole my money and I go into the branch to talk to them they give me a number to call after I told them my phone got turned off because of them

I enjoy going to the North Highland Ave. location. I have always had good experiences doing my small checking account transactions. If I won the lottery, I would still use this bank. The branch manager there is always helpful. The only problem I have is the banking app. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating.

I have been to this location many times and it keeps getting better and Better. Mr Chance Watkins has been a Great Financial Representative I truly recommend him if u want to open a new account or have any questions with your existing account. Pls take the time to talk to Mr Watkins.

Never use their ATM I withdrew$300 from them cause a family member was in need and my bank allows$300 per withdrawal so the second transaction the ATM malfunctioned and took my card so my heat went out I have mortgage due and have to pay to The repairman so went to bank they were gonna give me my card but I'm not their customer manager didn't care was rude and it wasn't my fault it didn't return so now I gotta wait 7 days for a card and my family has to sleep in the cold they don't take responsibility for their faulty ATM I explained that I just got paid I have no cash and they knew the ATM had a fault they don't care what your situation is they know my card want stolen so if u ever lose your card in their atm u will never get it back 0 Stars

They obviously said they help people but when I had a problem with my account and got paid from my job I can't receive my money until 24 hours from then and then they send you all the way around the world and end up in the same spot when you started so they basically lied but you plan on using this pain no they're going to hurt you as well as help you all they're there for the money

Always good service. Can use atm
