Justin was fantastic to work with. This is the second mortgage I have financed through First Horizon, and this one was much easier to manage because Justin was on top of everything from the beginning. He had everything handled with the underwriter, the real estate attorney, and the insurance company with minimal input needed from me. I would love to work with him again, and I will highly recommend First Horizon mortgage services based off of my experience with Justin. I have many services through First Horizon, and this experience with Justin was the best. He never pushed me off onto his assistant (like the wealth management guys do), and he ALWAYS returned my calls, texts, or emails in person. This has not been my experience with First Horizon in the past, and I hope they are turning over a new leaf. I often get excuses about how busy they are or how they have a new assistant, but with Justin I just got answers and never a single complaint. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with a professional who cares about the customer. Thanks Justin!

I've been with First Horizon (First Tennessee) ever since I moved to the state about 11 years ago. I have had multiple instances where I was unable to access the money in my account due to technical challenges on their end, the mobile app is buggy, have had difficult times trying to contact people by phone, and was talked out of trying to take out an auto loan many years ago... not denied, mind you, but strongly suggested to not pursue it, despite having okay credit. I went elsewhere and was immediately approved. I'm quite disappointed with this institution and plan to find either a new bank or credit union within the upcoming weeks.

First Horizon bought out our bank and the transition was completed in February 2022. Since then, it has been a nightmare. Customer service is useless and rude. I now have to use multiple logins to see different accounts, the mobile app freezes constantly, it takes days to transfer money from one account to another (within the same bank), etc. Overall, I am really disappointed with this bank. After tax season, we will be switching to a new bank.

Heather and her team made purchasing a home in Key West from 3000miles away as seamless as possible. We were very pleased with the process and it was one of the smoothest we've done. Very Highly recommended!

Shawn was AMAZING. Can not recommend him highly enough. Don’t know if I would be in a house right now without his help. Thank you so much!

I just visited my local branch and was very disappointed in the person's attitude and response after receiving coin wrappers. She could only ask if I were bringing the coolings back to this location? I replied with yes I will be bringing them back to this location (is convenient to find parking I will I thought to myself). I have never had a problem out of the location before asking for coin wrappers and receiving a response and reason for not wanting to receive the coins wrapped. I informed her that I had done this before two days ago at another branch with no hesitation, courtesy and efficiently. If there were any discrepancies it easily could have been deducted from my account number as well as a notification that because wings were short. But my coins were not short that day or any other day. She could only say that we cannot except them we don't accept them anymore! How is it possible that another branch did it but you cannot and before a dollar becomes a dollar it starts with one sent her and after one sent it continues going down the line and coin denomination until it reaches the dollar and so on. I do hope she did not judge me on my appearance if so she needs to go back to a lesson of being courteous to the customer regardless of looks race religion because I've never had a problem before regardless of my background or dress tells a person worth or value. After saying all of this she wanted to know the location I went to and replied with they probably did it as a courtesy. But after she said stitches she looks at a coworker who also agrees with her and I repeat that they except there I've done it before and I will be doing it again. I have no clue what may be swarming believe it is OK to tell a customer this information after finding out they may have to count coins! I did not give man I did not get angry instead I wrote a review which has great follow through the last time I had to review a bank. I am just upset a person brings money into the bank that is coin that will still spend no matter where you take it in the US just like a dollar and was treated in this manner as if coins are not current currency!! To those ladies I do hope nothing like this happens to you or any one of your relatives because it said that your frame of mind is to look down upon those who wish to keep the currency moving, keep you employed instead of us going to the ATM. How would they like it if they had an ATM that would be able to except coins outside of their location and they decided to cut back both of their positions to save money? How would you feel?
