First Financial Bank N Judge Ely Blvd, Abilene

This bank has terrible and arbitrary fees for everything they can think of. "used your first financial account during a full moon? there is a $30 Ware-wolf charge." The statements they provide for things like overdrawn accounts read "Amount Overdrawn" with a money value. However this is deceptive because it is actually the amount overdrawn plus their sneaky fees. Additionally, I am treated with contempt every time I call or go into any of their locations to ask about a problem that is usually their fault. Multiple times after receiving electronic check direct transferred to my account I was not allowed to access my money for as many as four days after it was deposited and confirmed. After complaining the settle on giving me half of the money in my account.Save your money, more importantly save your hair and go with a bigger bank that has been proven. Banked with these thiefs for over four years until I finally had enough. Glad I left.

ATM error resulted in money not being deposited or returned to me. Had to drive to another location to speak to someone who told me to file a report and they'd get back to me "sometime in the next 10 days". Not a secure place to put your money apparently.

I love First Financial! The people are always so nice and helpful, I use the motorbank too, it's great. Overdraft protection, free card replacement, and really good customer service. Plus, the new mobile app is AMAZING and I can do basically all my banking through it, any time of the day or night, including deposit checks!

I'm not happy. If I would've know I would have been charged 5 dollars to cash a check I would've done something else. I was thinking of opening an account there. Not anymore. If you charge 5 dollars to cash a check why not take it from the account that money is coming out of instead of the customer that is just trying to get their money.

Worst branch in abilene texas. One person there is willing to do his job correctly, literally every time i dont get that person its always horrible attitudes and horrible service.
