Patterson and Chris Moreno were my go to for securing financing and closing on my new house. They made it so easy, Chris communicated every step of the way and was so patient with us. Patterson was easy going and professional the whole step, I felt like I was working with family and I will refer anyone and everyone to talk to them when It comes financial contracts. Patterson even finances my wife and i vehicles. This is the guy everyone should see.

I've been banking with First Financial since 2009 and I love the fact that I can walk in and actually have a conversation about my needs and don't have to fit into a corporate box to get something done. The people at the bank are so personal and friendly. I am a customer for life.

When I called asking for an update on when check I deposited 4 days ago will show up in my account, they said they didn't know, and acted like they couldn't be bothered to look into it.

I have been a customer at this location for 6 years and have never had anything but exceptional service. I love that when I walk in they not only know me, but they even know my kids. The staff always have smiles on their faces and are willing to help in whatever way they can. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

Friendly and professional is all you can say about the folks at FFB. They listen to you then tell you how they can help, not if they can help. Refreshing since most bankers kick it upstairs, but they made the decision for me on the spot.

This bank is a fraud. They hand out FAKE money to teens trying to cash checks. Now what I thought was real money is confiscated and I am out one hundred dollars. Disappointed.
