Stealing from unsuspecting customers savings account. After their acquisition of Mitchell Historic Bank they begin to impose a fee schedule for "Inactive savings accounts". They withdraw 5 dollars from your savings account without notifying new account holders of this newly imposed fee schedule forced upon Mitchell Bank Customers. They are taking advantage of the elderly, and the Hispanic community, and anyone else that has had their accounts acquired by First Federal Bank. They are the imperialists of Banking. Shame on you for trying to steal money from the financially illiterate. Stealing 60 dollars per year from the elderly's savings accounts per their "inactivity fee schedule". I've had multiple bank accounts with multiple credit unions, and I've never been imposed an inactivity fee on a SAVINGS account. From the bottom of my heart to all those who's accounts have been acquired by this bank under duress, RUN. They are not the same as your old financial institution such as Mitchell Bank. First Federal Bank is predatory.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention – our first priority is a great customer experience. We uncovered that a number of savings accounts were charged an inactivity fee in error which has since been reversed. We understand that change is difficult and have provided multiple avenues of communication throughout the recent transition. You can find all of our resources at www.info.ffbwi.com/Mitchell.
