Great customer service by Brett, one of the managers at this branch. He was able to get documentation together quickly for a misapplied insurance payment for one of our mutual clients.

Don't ever use your First Federal Bank debit card to purchase anything online! I used mine to purchase 3 bottles of moisturizer for around $24 and the company sent me 6 bottles of cleanser. The package came from a different name, address and city than the one I was told it was coming from on the website and it was mailed with a different shipping service than I was told it would be. The company's toll free number had been disconnected and they sent me an email saying they refunded my money which was their 6th lie. First Federal said I had to spend another $12 to ship the item back to the company if I wanted to start a dispute against the charge. After being lied to numerous times by that company I decided to cut my losses and just got ripped off for $24 instead of $36. First Federal does NOT protect their customers from theft.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. Drive thru is incredibly slow and the employees are rude to you for wasting your time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere so maybe I can get home from work on Fridays before midnight.

Does your basic banking needs. Does not keep up with the times. Does not support Android pay. Does not support Samsung pay. Does not support Apple pay. Avoid if you're living in 2015 or beyond.

Best bank we ever dealt with. And there has been plenty.Stopped hacking theft several times, to say the least.

Ok I guess. Been with them for 10 years. I had only one issue , which was solved. For basic banking there ok.
