First Federal Bank Main St, Chipley

I've been a customer of First Federal for more than 4 years now, both personally and for a mission organization that supports an orphanage in Liberia, Africa. I have had nothing but prompt and courteous help from all the staff over the years. What impresses me the most about them, is their genuine concern about what is going on in my personal life and my ministry. It truly is personal banking, and I welcome that so much. It's reassuring to know my bank and it's staff care because they go beyond that, they go the extra mile to see how they can help, and actually follow through with it.

I’m taking this opportunity to thank the staff at First Federal Bank in Chipley, FL for 5-STAR Service. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff is remarkable. They were friendly and went out of there way to make my business a priority. From Sheila and Julie in the teller line to Sarah the banker they all worked together to far exceed my needs. The branch manager Tiffany worked very hard to earn our business and exhibited great communication skills and constantly provides information and options to better suit our needs. I want to thank the entire staff at First Federal Bank in Chipley for the great service and kindness, I would highly recommend this bank for all your commercial and personal banking needs. I needed an account set up for a special circumstance. After being told no by community south I stopped by and asked Tiffany Hitchcock if she could help. Mrs. Hitchcock answered all my questions gave me information that I needed and had the account set up by 11am. I also asked her if she might help me get a loan for my business she pushed thru all of the challenges of purchasing out of state equipment and got me approved and out making money. What a refreshing experience. Tiffany and Sarah Reed the, financial specialist, answer the phone and return calls promptly I highly recommend this bank. They will go the extra mile.

I recently moved from Jacksonville to the Chipley area. As many have discovered when moving hundreds of miles there's always a period of time before you know where to go to get even the basic needs of life. Where to buy your groceries, automotive parts and where the utility offices are. But one of the most important necessities is your banking and upon arrival I discovered that the bank I used was no where near my new home. Besides not having any ATM,s there was no where to even cash a check. Fortunately, my realtor, Tim Sapp referred me to First Federal, where my banking needs where transferred. I'd like to give a personal shout out to the branch president, Tiffany Hitchcock, who has personally saw to it that all my needs were met, including setting down with me personally to set up my online banking. Next is Debbie Moxley, who went way over my expectation in helping me and leading me to a loan that is best suited to my needs. Last but not least is Sarah Reed and Gail Davis who got my checking account activated and provided me with a debit card. This made my move go much smoother. Gail,s knowledge was a great help in saving me time and money. I want to say thank you for this and much more. And for the time that Tiffany Hitchcock took over seeing it all. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff at First Federal Bank, Chipley branch. Tiffany Hitchcock and her team have been absolutely wonderful to work with and the ladies up front are always friendly and courteous when I go in. They really bring that small town feel back to banking.

I have dealt with both Tiffany Hitchcock and Sarah Reed at the Chipley branch, and let me just say, they go ABOVE and BEYOND to help their customers. Our church has their account through First Federal. And it has been because of my dealings with both Tiffany and Sarah, that I moved my shop account as well as my house account over to First Federal! These 2 ladies show EXACTLY what it means to care about customers!!!
