    I do not recommend First Credit Union to anyone! They lie, they deceive and over all a bad organization! I’ve had 4 vehicles refinanced with First Credit Union and a credit card been a loyal customer and with out knowing they canceled my credit card and screwed up my credit! If you are considering a credit union to join skip this one because in the end they will certainly be your demise ! Everyone I know will certainly be aware of the problems that I have endured. I can’t believe they would do this to one of there customers! Beware!

    Horrible customer service. Inconsistent information between branches. No communication about what’s been happening with my accounts. Corporate office going into my accounts with no permission. My account was closed without prior notice and then another branch reopened and activated my card. Now I’m being told by corporate that I have to reapply for my card and that That other branch did nothing. I’ve visited several branches and have had a bad experience at every single one. Cannot wait to close all my accounts and never return.

    I have been a member of First Credit Union for about 25 years. The customer service has always been superb. Some of the staff at the Devonshire branch have been there long enough to greet me by name which I like. The in-person, online, and phone help has been excellent in general and I am able to get my issues addressed quickly.

    Customer Service? Customer Service? This bank is a bigger joke than Verizon. Than Walmart. Than the DMV. Inconsistent information. A laizzes-faire attitude about the client or their money. Horrible.

    At first I was happy with you guys but to call me over .31 cents short on my car loan. When I have paid more then my balance in the past and covid is going on so your lucky I'm able to pay you at all losing my job and all. How unbelievable during this time you guys have the nerve to call someone over change this. Don't worry your get your 31 cents first credit union. Smh

    I want to praise someone for a moment. ☺️ I have a guy, “my guy” as I refer to him when talking to my husband. He’s “my guy” at my bank branch. I am a big fan of loyalty which comes from service, but also from relationships. I’m a bit old school that way. “My guy” is Shane Abbott at First Credit Union’s Devonshire branch. He’s my go-to when I need anything bank related and his level of service is supreme. I emailed Shane this morning to ask about refinancing my auto loan. My goal is to reduce my monthly bills. Shane, the very same guy who was deep into my purchase of Sasha (my Jeep) two years ago, asked me to give him some time to look into what is best for me. He found a way to adjust multiple bills I have every month with a consolidation I would never have thought of. It was perfect for what I was asking for. He took just that little extra time to find something more than my simple request. So I drove to the branch to sign the loan applications. While sitting there awaiting approvals from loan officers we were able to catch up on how his daughter is doing and how our new home is going. It’s like walking into the good part of the past. When service was about more than making money. It was about relationships. And I felt the genuine aspect of that sitting with Shane. I always do. A few minutes after closing time we wrapped it all up. He’d rushed my application with a couple phone calls, they had everything they needed and I was approved. He didn’t mind taking a few extra minutes after closing time to complete my situation. He walked me to the doors and shook my hand. *Sigh* for the ways of respect that are often missing these days. If you need a good bank and a fantastic person at a bank, I absolutely recommend Shane at First Credit Union’s Devonshire branch.

    Long time member, but not sure how much longer that can last. FCU recently changed their online banking interface with effectively no notice; correcting loss of access took more than four hours. Currently on hold for more than 20 minutes to resolve a customer service error. For a financial institution that no longer even pays minimal interest on some accounts, they seem to have no clue how to treat their members.

    I recently became part of the First Credit Union family and I'm happy I did. My dealings with Ericka and Holly were great. I also visited the branch in Chandler and they were awesome. I was provided excellent service and was made to feel welcomed. Ericka is part of the management team and took the time to send me a welcome card with a personal thank you/welcome message and a gift. I really appreciate receiving first class service.

    After a very frustrating sequence of events, I happened to get in touch with Brynn (the manager of a local branch). SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She quickly addressed my concerns, helped my to resolve my issues, and really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Truly one of the best customer service interactions that I've ever had. She singlehandedly turned my one star review into a five stars. I'd giver her ten stars if I could. Thank you so much Brynn, you're amazing!

    First Credit Union in Arizona is the worst credit union I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have 3 broken phone numbers, NO email address to contact, and are overall extremely unprofessional. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS. they took my truck on the 9th of this month (voluntary surrender) and I’m now, on the 27th, getting emails about not having insurance. They’re trying to put a premium on it when THEY HAVE AND WERE SUPPOSED TO SELL THE TRUCK. I can’t get ahold of them. I have late fees on my account, and all of this should already be over and done with. How long does it take to sell a vehicle at auction? Apparently too long for these guys. They’re the worst. I would not recommend.
