The ATM wouldn't give me my card back and the people at the branch didn't care, said they couldn't do anything. They didn't even offer to take down my name and number and call me when someone could come fix the ATM and get my card out. A few hours later the ATM was magically working again, but I'm still out a debit card

This branch is super close to my house, the staff are always friendly and prompt. When my daughter goes in with me they love to give her Popsicles or lollipops. They've replaced worn out debit cards and even offered to refinance my car loan at a lower rate. Nothing but good experiences so far.

Lisa was very helpful! She made my loan process very easy! We will be back when we are ready to buy a house.

Customer service is horrible. For a bank that survives off money you definitely can't tell with the lack of service. When you call to ask for help, which is once a week, you get straight hung up on. Also, if you call you end up 14 or 15 in line to wait in a que. Every time! Even if it's supposed to be a not so busy day.

They are great for auto loans. Their checking and savings accounts are on par or better than most banks.

Worst customer service. Give it many of chances, still not happy. I love the walmart one a lot better. I will pass this one if I have to use the bank. Love first community credit union just not this one.

The branch manager was not very friendly she was cold and impersonal
