First Community Bank 12300 S, Draper

Just started working with First Community Bank in Draper. Talk about making my life easier!! So easy to set the account up! Refinance has been a dream with amazing competitive rates. Brent the Branch President is so great and so is Eric!! I will be recommending this branch to everyone.

He was absolutely fantastic to work with and his confidence and knowledge of what he does, makes banking at First Community an easy decision. The atmosphere of the bank was inviting. You walk into a bank and immediately greeted by someone with a Hello, we will be with you in a moment. I love being greeted when you walk into a business. They acknowledged me as part of their community. Opening the account was easy and quick. They answered all my questions. Brent the Branch Manager was very thorough with me and showed me tools how to access my money. First Community Bank is my First Choice when it comes to my money!!!

Just refinanced my home with a great rate. Eric was great to work with. We live hours away from the bank, but Eric really help us complete the required documents through the app. It was a very quick painless process. I definitely recommend first community.

Years ago when we had an account with the Draper branch I was really impressed. The staff knew me when I walked in and helped me any way they could. However it became a longer commute to the bank and we closed out the account. A year ago we came back to the Draper branch and opened up a new account. In that year our family decided to move out of state, we spoke to a branch representative and was told they do have a lot of customers who live our of state and still bank with them and it wouldn't be a problem. A couple weeks ago, us living out of Utah has become a major problem banking here, and getting access to OUR money has become a problem. Having a large deposit into our bank wasn't a problem but I can't wire transfer any money out, I can't do an ACH to get money out. We can only transfer a certain amount out in a week. This has made it SO complicated to pay cash for a trailer and NO one at this bank is willing to help me get access to MY money. People aren't calling me back when they say they will, they don't return a phone call when for whatever reason the call is dropped. The lack of customer care and lack of access to my money has made me so unsatisfied and upset. I am transferring all my (at a snail's pace mind you due to daily limits) money out and will be closing ALL my accounts. Too bad I have to add a star

FCB was awesome at helping us get approved for our PPP loan! The application was easy to complete, I was approved in 1 business day, and funded in a week. A lot of the big banks dropped the ball during all the Covid-19 madness, but FCB helped my office get the funding we needed to get through it.

First Community Bank is AWESOME! They helped PMI Utah get its Payroll Protection Program loan processed. In a time of such uncertainty, it’s means a lot to have a bank in your corner you can count on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff at Draper Branch are awesome. They are pleasant and easy to work with. When we applied for our PPP loan, we had it in less than a week. Way to go, when everything else is slowed down by this crazy COVID-19.

Bank has been going door to door warning business that they will call cops if they see anyone driving through their parking lot. Real professional for a business on the corner of a busy intersection.
