First Cash Pawn Two Notch Rd, Columbia

Was there May 10th looking at a black and decker blower. It was battery operated. With several interchangeable black n decker batteries for it there however the little young lady said since I doesn't come with a battery she couldn't allow me to see if it worked properly. I guess they operate a bit different than the other shops that at least show you the product works before purchase. This was the 2nd but last time visiting. Customer service training is needed here

They’re going to stay in the 1900’s Until upgrading their offerings and then I don’t even consider that it would be worth traveling

I've been to the store twice and both times the staff was less than accommodating friendly or professional. But the third time was the worst I I pulled in the parking lot at 6:56 they advertise they close at 7 I watch one of the employees rushed to the door to lock it I walked up anyways hoping that maybe she was going to unlock it what she did only to tell me that they were closed when I informed her it wasn't 7 yet and I was there to spend money and buy an instrumental guitar she said too bad we're closed shut the door locked it and walked away Broad River store it's probably the most racist store I've ever been in so between the two of them never again will I step foot in there

Store doesn’t close until 7. I called at 6:15 and before I could even ask my question the young lady on the phone cut me off and proceeded to tell me they stopped accepting items at 6:40. I rushed from work on the other side of town because they were the only shop still open just to be show up at 6:38 and be told they don’t accept anything after 6:30 and then watched her lock the door right after I left. If you are going to have hours saying open until 7 don’t try to close early just because it’s friday and you’re ready to go. I will not be coming back here ever and will let everyone know to not use them.

I came in with a $2500 item brand new still in the box and plastic the lady looked at me and said shes only give me $50 bucks for it lol i thought to myself these people are just here to Hustle use hard working people do not go to them they are not here to help us

This is the worst customer service I've EVER had. I get there and they tell me they can't help me because the are about to close. Ok, about to close means you are still open. I will NEVER go back to them again!!!

Some of the employees are very petty this time around. I say very petty. To be precise-- in your business type. For know, know reason.

I love this shop. I have pawned and brought items. Very people.

Got there at 6:30pm they didn't want to do a pawn because they close at 7pm and was ready to go, and people were still coming in
