Arrived at this location at 9:45am and the doors were locked. Open sign was on (NEON GREEN SIGN) and the hours on the door ALONG with the website states that they are to be open at 9am. I knocked on the door and looked in the window and saw that an Associate was behind the counter, not sure what he was doing but we weren’t acknowledged in any way. A gesture, even, would have sufficed instead of being ignored.
