Was not busy and after asking to look at a jewelry piece was ignored. Rude people here.

Called about a TV I was trying to sell, that is worth 429 new and I wasn't satisfied with the offer by other pawn shops. I told the guy this over the phone, and he told me I need to reavaluate my thinking and thought THEY turned me down. POOR service. I bet these 'good' reviews are by family and friends.

Bought a gun here and was not told that I had to test it in 30 days. Went to the range to fire the weapon after 30 days and it does not fire. Will never buy from this place again. Its not like I can test it in the store...... Not sure how they even bought this weapon as it must not have worked when they bought it. ey told me there was nothing they could do.

Decent prices, bought a Garmin here a few days ago. Friendly people. No complaints at all. Return customer.

Extremely rude service and will never be back. There are much friendlier pawn shops within a mile of this place go there instead. I should also add I was going to buy stuff I was not even there to pawn anything.

Horrible service i called to see about my touch screen laptop and in the process of me checking on if my laptop was a window 8 or 10 she said they take anything but windows 10 and hung up on me i will never even step foot in this location or chain

I've always had a wonderful experience at this store never rude or take advantage of you

Won't allow customers with a health condition in without a mask.... Won't be back again
