I have been here 3 times to pawn a small tv and I just want to saya special thank you to Martin, he is such a sweet young man, always smiling, and he has offered twoce to carry the tv out for me and its the thought behind the action that count. Thank you for making a difficult situation easy!!!

What a place, taking advantage over the lower class. Bought a laptop and it ended up breaking a week later with no refund. Good place to go if your desperate I guess.

Kelly hooked me up when I brought it my keyboard. Offered a very reasonable price. The customer service was fantastic. Marcus was very fun and easy going. Good pawn shop! Will return!

I absolutely love this place! Customer service is excellent. I come quite often so they usually know me. Definitely referring friends either to this one or the one in pflugerville.

This pawn shop is not a good place to go. I have visited a few pawn shops here and this is by far the worst. The place is very disorganized and not clean. There are around five employees, however; no one can help you. When someone finally examined my jewelry after almost 20min in which no one said “give me just a second”, they said it didn’t pass their acid test. I assume they didn’t want to lend me the money I requested because the next pawn shop, Auction Pawn, tested it, it was good, and shockingly loaned me the money. If you want good service and money for what you have go to Auction Pawn and if you want to make a deal and buy nice things go to Top Cash Pawn and STAY AWAY from first cash pawn.

I absolutely love this pawn shop the staff is amazing Anna mattie kelly olga Marcus and Marianne all threw the covid 19 there open 7 days a week and more riable tban congress and the stimulus package they go above and beyond and are fsir to everyone i recommend then to all my freinds and Family thanks for being a great part of Round Rock ❤❤

I had a great experience with the manager! He was very nice and he provided great customer service while helping me get a loan. Even though they got really busy he still provided great care! I definitely recommend this place!

The sales person will quote you a price and will not honor it when the manager gets involved. Whatever the sales person quotes should be the price of the item. They are not honest that way. I wasted couple of hours of my time. Please don't waste your time buying something here.

Went to pick up my gun from here and the custom marine corps grips were takin off my gun and sold along with cleaning gear and springfield armory memoribilia. No longer looks like my gun and is empty case these guys told me my gun was safe repeatedly not to mention i have been spending my money here for years and thats how im done not to mention a 10 dollar late fee cherried on top of that. This is my first review of any store and it feels like i was just robbed so i thought i let my fellow veterans know these guys will smile in your face and screw you im mean years i been with these people and this happens watch your butt here this marine will not be going back.
