This pawn shop is very unprofessional i dont reccommend anybody going here. The Business hours stats 10am to 7pm. They do not honor those hours. I have come to this pawn shop numerous times and they attempt to close 10 to 15 min on a daily basis. I will no longer patronize this business.

If giving one star was an option then I would've done that. So this is my 2nd time going to this pawn shop and today I went to pawn a laptop for my younger brother. I got the money for him and left. About 3 hours later he tells me he wants to get his laptop back. So I went to the pawn and expected to pay nothing since it was less than 24 hours. No!! I ended up paying the finance charge which is disgustingly ridiculous!!! I asked about a grace period and was told there isn't one which is laughable. And for that huge issue I find this pawn shop utterly disrespectful for their outrageous fees and will never get my business again. It explains why their parking lot is always empty despite them being on a busy street.

Horrible policy and horrible customer service. They refuse to take returns on something they sold. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. SHADY BUSINESS.

Do not go here I have been dealing with them for 5 years but they now have a new Latino young lady working who will crumb you every time. They are selling the Sony sound bar I purchased for only 67.99 at target which I pawned for 30.00 for 90.00😣 and she would only give me 30.00 for the 32in smart TV that I had pawned there numerous times before for 80.00. but when the managers not there, the young lady will give you crumbs if you let her. Beware and go somewhere else!!!!! They are a rip off

Be careful with this place ! They sold me what it supposed to be a 14K gold ring ! I had it test and it turned out to be gold plated ! I took it back thank God I got my money back !
