Do not go anywhere else for any of your pawn shop needs! In the process of trying to recover from I divorced, I finally buckled down to sell my wedding set. I obviously wanted to recoup some and ended up on a tour of pawn shops between Taylor and Round Rock. Not only did First Cash Pawn offer me the best value, they also offered me the best service. I was first greeted by Cray who was friendly, professional, and very helpful! He truly seemed supportive seeing me get what I wanted out of it and even encouraged me to go check with their sister store down the road. In doing so I was made aware of how lucky I was to stumble upon the team at First Cash on Palm Valley. I returned to the Palm Valley location and was greeted by cray, the clerk who had originally assisted me, and he asked me to wait and he would be right with me. Immediately the manager, Joel, came to me and said he would get my paperwork started so I didn't have to wait around, and ultimately ended up offering me even a little more than I had originally been quoted in the first place. Thank you to both of these gentlemen for their graciousness and for their service!

Amazing customer service. I called dozens of jewelry stores, departments stores and pawn shops looking for a jewelry box. Nobody had any, but these guys did, and they gave it to me on the house. They were extremely helpful and friendly and that kind of customer service awareness at a pawn shop is both rare and very telling. Will be coming back.

I was buying a gun from them. They told me I could come in today before closing to get it. I took off work early to be told they didnt have a licensed seller. That cost me $60 in work hours. I cant afford to pay for your screw ups so I wont be buying guns there anymore.

About a month ago I went in first cash pawn looking for a tablet for my son. And I know nothing about technology. Also, my did not have much money to spend. He gave me lots of information and advice on my options.And he gave me a helped me out a bit, so I could afford it. And they are all sweet and helpful there.

There is employee that work there and she pretty cool on how speak with customers and very polite and she does great at what she does at her job i can't remember her name but she white women and she short but i want thanks to all employees that work hard and keep this going hard work pay off... I hope the staff see this nice and loving comment i leave for them...

Amazing Experience... Adrian Has been in this location since it opend.. very honest and fair person.. Richard,Tiny, And his new employee Angel do the best too help everyone out... This pawn shop has Shown me how much 1 quick loan or 1 quick good deed can change someone's day!! From bad too good..

Store was closed at 6:45pm with employees inside, when sign indicates it closes at 7pm.

I bought a tablet from them went to use & register it from amazon was reported stolen! Guys didnt work with me for my money back or anything worst customer service worst people at the store!!! I misd the old manager he was amazing will never come to this store again!

Idk y people talkin bad about Adrian he's always done very straight forward and honest business with me and I've been doing business with him for multipul..4+years.
