I applied for a refinance on my truck, Friday. Signed papers today. I got in touch with them trough my app (I already bank here), responses were very fast. Katy and Belinda literally messaged with me all day. They helped me with every step. It was a very pleasant transaction. I have been banking here for nearly a year and have never had an issue. This is my second loan with them, no complaints!! Thank you again, Katy and Belinda for all your help!

Becky Castillo was my loan officer she was amazingly fast she even accommodated to the closing/signing the loan to whatever branch was easiest for me. The CMSR at the Grandview branch that attended me was fast courteous friendly. I don’t get her name but she was great too.
