Visited this specific branch this afternoon and got completely upset and left. There was absolutely no acknowledgement but a hello and there were no customers. We were the only customers in the branch and they had us waiting 15 minutes to open and account . More than enough staff just walking back and forth talking to each other and not even paying attention to the only customers in the branch. Rude, and unprofessional. I see Why this place has under 3 stars!!!!!

Been in some way dealing with them for years. First car loan, checking accounts, and now a 2nd car loan. Here's a fair honest review. Only took first loan as grandmother is a member and she helped cosign when I was 18. Nice enough but back then nothing electronic and had to pay in person. Fast forward to 35. Had a decent offer for savings accounts which I don't have with them nor ever had. Told me I want a new member so only option was very low interested so put my 50k somewhere else. Next applied for a mortgage with them and a few others, which I tried another occasion and for someone with low debt, excellent credit rating, and decent 6 fig salary gave the worst rates of all places. Straw that broke camels back is I transfered my car payment few days late for 1st time ever. Call and ask for 1 time reprieve and nope write a letter and even then lucky if they clear. Will absolutely never use them again and thinking I'll either pay this off early or refinance just to cut off any positive cash flow from this loan for them. Goodbye forever!

Really dissatisfied with the level of service I've received from them and not happy with the product. I set up recurring payments through my bank so they automatically send the checks, but because the mail has been late (not like there's a global pandemic affecting all aspects of society right now) they still charge me late fees even if it's only days late- never missed a payment btw. I called to talk to someone and see about adjusting the due date to help resolve their problem but the sales person offered no solutions other than refinancing the entire loan. How is that a solution? Never had an issue like this with any other lender. Clearly don't care about their customers. Update: emailed for assistance with getting login information because i couldn't register for their online system and they just sent me a secure email message that just said: call us. It's like they don't want to talk to me.

Such a breath of fresh air to bank local! The staff is super helpful, available, and informative any time I call with a question. The Branch Manager here has been in the industry for decades and went above and beyond when I opened my accounts. I highly recommended joining a local federal credit union and this one in particular!

My Daughter ,her Husband and their 6 children ages 6 months to 14 years old broke down in front of this bank and the manager came out and yelled at them for being on the grass and told them they needed to leave. It was 92 degrees out. They had to wait for their family to come get them as we all live 4 hours away. This bank manager is definitely not for the community nor does he have compassion or empathy for people in trouble. He should have told them where they could get shade , a place to eat or wait. What a fine man he is. NOT.

I have nothing but good stuff to say about this credit union. I joined over yr ago and since opened a few more accounts with them. Every time I call for help or a have a question, I’m meet with very courteous and helpful employees. I’ve called numerous times by the way. Online banking and the app is great and simple to use. Arianna & Ashley P are two names I remember from my initial membership to my most recent account opening. I’ll be bringing my business account here soon as well.

I have been trying for some time to get set up with an online account to do auto pay. Extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service. Steps from their mailings do not work. Would be happy to change this review if someone helps me with my problem. Update: When you do have the time to get through to customer service and try to pay by phone to not be late there is a $12 fee. I have never missed a payment and have had many loans/companies. I find this one the most challenging and least helpful.

I went to get my car refinanced and they were very friendly and ran a credit check and told me what I needed to provide them with. I had all information I needed after two days but my contact at the bank never returned one phone call or email. I had to drive into the bank myself in order to get any kind of information from her. After the second visit I only needed to provide her with a 10 day payoff quote but due to the lack of any kind of response and the fact that I needed to be there to breathe over her shoulder to get my financing done, they would no longer finance my car as " new" due to the mileage (it has been over 4 weeks of trying to get this to work at this point). Really would have liked this to work out but there is absolutely no customer service barring the one person who responds to these online comments.

I must say that there are people at this bank and one particularly wretched woman name Fern is rude obnoxious and clearly does not like her job. Frankly First Atlantic has 2.6 stars before my review. She disabled my account because I did not agree with her asinine comments. She is very argumentative and clearly has no people skills. I will terminate my account.

Car loans are service were nice. When it comes to fees it’s insane I paid off my car loan and there was a over payment so the remaining money was put in to a savings account and there is a $2 statement fee. Which you don’t have the option to go paperless to avoid the fee. I bank at several bank including chase capital one and there is no statement fee.
