    My local bank was shut down and using the site ATM Locator indicates ATMs in my area that are free! THEY ARE NOT! I asked for reversal of all my fees but FACU didn’t respond, as usual!!! What happened to our members come first!

    Have been a member of the Casa Grande office since 2012. Although this small 'home town' Credit Union has seen some growing pains in fees and services that are not 'free' any more,, look at what has happened to the huge national conglomerates that have changed owners tellers and services,, closed drive-through and changed their names as often as you change your socks. NONE of the banks are perfect for all, and in this era of closing branches and turning to 'kiosk' instead of a PERSON I can talk to,, I'll stick with 1st Am. C.U. thank you very much!

    Rude. They wouldn't even change 20s into 100s. Instead of inviting me to join their institution; he shrugged his shoulders and says "sorry, I can't help you." You could've gained a member and even a large sum of money....with your customer service skills you'll never know.

    Horrible customer service. Recently opened an auto loan with this credit union now No one wants to answer the telephone. I've called repeatedly for 20 minutes and still noone answers-read reviews tried the extension listed for VP in member services did I get anyone? NOPE. How does this place operate are you all automated as well. Would not and will.not recommend to anyone from this day forward

    I don't have an account here but they are In the coop my credit union is in, I can go here and get the same great service as I do in Indiana credit union! Always friendly and highly recommend them!

    I am being charged $35 for 28 cents overdraft fees. Their mistakes on not putting things through properly and misquoted my available balance.

    Just not happy with this credit union as I tried to call but get a busy signal or no answer. I try to figure out how to find out how much is in the account but no way to find out. What do I do now or who to call???? Just upset and hurt as I tried all day to contact someone....so frustrated.

    I would give you a negative if possible. Went to Casa Grande to change to my sister as a signee on the account because Mom has been put into hospice and my sister and I had to argue with them even having a POA ....when asked for manager we were told no.....so we went and closed the account....I would not recommend this place to anyone...

    Rude personnel. With a power of attorney refused to give signature authority on account if person in hospice. Refused to all us to talk to a manager.
