The Lima/Dupont location is horrible Every time I go to this location the tellers are rude. I have had more issues at this location than any other bank I have ever went to. I will never refer anyone to go here. The only reason I switched was because we USED to get our paychecks a day early but like within a month of me joining this bank they changed everything around and my check was no longer early. I was injured at work, off work for 15 months struggling to pay bills to keep a roof over our heads and food in my daughters belly and every time I would go thru the drive-thru I would be harassed for being behind on payments. They don't care what you are going thru at home, they just want to be rude. Then I just paid up my loans, caught them up and they send a repo truck to get my vehicle while I am at work. I went 6 months with no payments and they didn't do a thing...I made a payment in January and just paid up the end of April and they still send someone to repo my car? Makes no sense to me or anyone else...hate this bank/credit union.

Member for 29 years. Customer service is no more. Not the same. If I could, I would give negative stars. Had a mortgage and auto loan with them. Paid both off early, way early. Payments due dates were the 1st of month. Would call excessively for payment. If you got paid on a Thursday and made a purchase they would take purchase out first then put pay check in to charge fees. After reading other recent reviews I’m not the only one that’s disappointed in them.

I have been with FPCC for about 15 years and I have financed two auto loans through them. I was able to easily get a competitive rate with other credit unions and significantly beat the dealer on both vehicles. They have been great to work with and it's been nice seeing them grow. I will admit that the website is not my favorite, but it has been better with the refresh in 2019. Highly recommend Rick for your loan questions and Yvette has been very helpful with other account needs.

$5 fee to close my accounts? Glad I’m cancelling. I think they forget that they work for us as their customers. Online banking system is terrible. I opened an account with them when they had a convenient branch in Citizens Square but after they left and placed an ATM in the lobby that hardly ever works there was absolutely no benefit to staying with FPCC over any other bank. Other banks will reward me for being a customer and offer much better perks.

This institution is mediocre at best. They used to have good rates on vehicle loans, but other credit unions are now easily beating their rates. Service is sub-par. It is often difficult to reach anyone by phone and when you finally figure out what someone's extension is, you are forwarded to voicemail. Your call is then returned whenever the particular employee gets around to it. Employees move around within the branches so much there is never any consistency. Multiple times I've been dealing with a particular loan officer and then get handed off to someone else mid-stream because so-and-so- has moved to another position, etc. After getting charged an outrageous interest rate on my HELOC, I decided to pay it off and close it, which results in a ridiculous $35 "closure" fee. $35 to push some papers around after they have been paid in full. I also decided to close my savings account as I was done with incompetence and was told I would be charged a $25 account closure fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fees are excessive, all they think about is low rates and screw the customers that don't borrow alot.

Worst bank I’ve ever been with, there is always a problem with them. System was down for weeks at one point, entered my money in someone else’s account, takes 3 days to deposit a check, fees on everything. I’m fed up.

Been with them for 9 years. A bank is a bank. The employees are polite but their backroom (slang for admin) is just awful. I watch my account closely due to their error rate.

Do not bank here! Racial profiling at its best. They would not cash a money order for a black member although they called and verified the funds. I was told over the phone that once the funds were verified the funds would be released. However that changed when they realized this was for an African American and there reasoning was that they reserve the right to hold his funds. In the process of filing a discriminatory law suit if this is not handled immediately.
