    Have been a member for 30 years. Never need much out of the ordinary; I have had a Home Loan, Checking and savings acct. Etc. Today I asked to use the phone for a local call, and was DENIED! I'm so disappointed and will be finding a new bank soon. How ridiculous is that? Its "against their policy" to borrow the phone. I have never in my life heard of such a thing - cant use the phone. I am so OUTTA THERE!

    Financial Partners Credit Union has made paying my mortgage incredibly frustrating. They have blocked me several times from transferring my own money to my other account. Neither the staff nor the helpline provided any assistance with this issue. The staff at Financial Partners Credit Union have made errors in the information regarding my account that have contributed to the problem. Their incompetence has costed me over 600 dollars in mortgage late fees that I have yet to be compensated for. Every time I need to transfer money to pay my mortgage, they prevent me from completing it. Especially when my mortgage is due on weekends, I am unable to have the staff transfer the money as they are closed and I am forced to incur the late fees. The Credit Union has become yet another cause of stress at an already stressful time.

    Thank you Jill and Isabel for the extraordinary auto loan customer service. The financing rates were the best in town and the extended warranty options and gap insurance was about a third of what the dealers charge. I love my new ride. I highly recommend Financial Partners Credit Union for any auto loan.

    I've been in the office twice and both times I have been treated with the ultimate in customer service. I feel incredibly blessed to be apart of this credit union's community. They definitely want to make sales, but they also seem to genuinely want to get to know more about their clients as well. That's what they call EXCELLENT customer service.

    Just refinanced my car with this credit union. And they made it very annoying and difficult to pay your bill. If you try to pay it online you have to wait 2-3 business days for them to send a transfer to your account and you have to verify that transfer on their website to make sure it’s your bank... so I tried to pay it by phone and the lady tells me that there is a fee for every payment I make, if I pay with my debit card it’s a 5% fee of what my payment cost. If i pay with my checking account it is $4 for every payment I make on the phone or online. Doesn’t seem like a lot but over a 60 month term that’s $240 extra just to make a payment. The only way you don’t get penalized with that fee is if you go into one of their branches every month to pay your bill. Very unhappy and displeased with this bank.

    I have had my auto loan with FPCU, for a long time. Just before the last payment, I called their 800 number. I explained that I needed to put the upcoming payment to the end of the contract. He said he understood and would check if I qualified. I did not receive a call back , therefore I had no reason to think that it had not gone thru. However, to my dismay... the payment was deposited, causing me a tremendous problem! This was my first request and I FIND THAT THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Easily the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution in all my years of banking which began in 1974. It took all my afternoon to open this account, and no matter what user ID, pin, password, passcode I used to access their online banking system, I could not get through. I was asked repeatedly to change my passcode and password, and do not know how much total time it took for me to recognize this system simply does not work. I can only hope to be able to use the money I have on this debit card for a new deposit to open an account in a completely different credit union in a much more user-friendly environment than the one I ensnared myself in with Financial Partners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME.

    They are the worst people we have ever dealt with. I would make it 0 stars if I could. Total rip off company. They are terrible people.

    No problems with the institution itself. Staff is great and helpful. Had a loan, everything was good but their web site is slow, slow, slow, everytime. The bill pay is not up to par with SDCCU or NFCU. Where is their server....Mars?
