I have been a realtor for 15yrs. Over that time I have used many lenders. I discovered Kurt Swink at Financial Concepts Mortgage about 4yrs. ago during a cross sale. I was very impressed with him in that transaction and have used him since. We have done over 100 deals together and he never misses the mark. My customers always love him and are very complimentary of him. His rates and fees are great, he keeps everyone in the loop through the process and he always closes on time. Kurt's service is impeccable, he shows up at every closing and makes sure the funding is immediate. I don't feel comfortable anymore unless Kurt is the loan officer. Best of the best, 5 stars is not enough!!!!

I highly recommend Brian Manwell when you start looking for a new home. He is very easy to work with and will take you step by step through your home buying process. From pre-approval to closing at the title company Brian will be there providing expert guidance. FCM is the best!!!

We had communication issues with our individual mortgage officer. Our realtor escalated our issue to the supervisor. While we were still very inconvenienced by the miscommunication, we were compensated for the troubles in the end. I would recommend the company but not our broker.

I contacted Jason Dunn for a Mortgage, he was knowledgeable on all matters. Although, when it came down to communicating with him, and asking specific questions regarding specific topics, he was COMPLETELY unresponsive. Jason literally expects you to hand him over all of your information with little to no questions asked or answered. I went with another Lender and I am very thankful that I did, the guy was a total joke and acted inconsiderate and inconvenienced when I attempted contact.

Great people to work with answered text messages and emails whenever I had questions. Brian was great and worked tirelessly to get everything together so we could close in tandem with selling our old house.
