Wow The banker Josie LaVigne served me today where I had many request. She was absolutely fabulous with her professionalism and was so competent. I had to ask, “how long have you worked in the banking industry? Her response was 2 years.” Really?? She resolved an issue where a banker at another location had no idea how to fix and called corporate to be advised. The information that they gave him still didn’t fix the issue. Josie fixed it within minutes!! I’m aware that this location is challenged. Reading most google responses, maybe new management is needed at this location? Well she is an absolute problem solver and could possibly make a huge difference if given the opportunity to manage the branch. She has my vote!! Best of luck to her....

Extremely ghetto Fifth Third bank. Called ahead by an hour to request to have a time sensitive document notarized. Arrived 20 minutes later and sat for an hour while the Hispanic receptionist refused to tell Brandon the notary that I had arrived. I sat waiting in the lobby until the place closed and my document was not notarized. Will never visit this rude and ghetto bank again

The new smione visa debit cards the Ohio child support enforcement agency issued as of July 1 ,2019 and now a $3.50 fee at both of the atms at this Kroger if you want to take a cash withdrawal.

Because there is a lot of branches in every St of the State & they put ATM in every Store so you won't be stack getting money with no fees . I moved from Vermont to Ohio, I lucky to be a member of Fifth Third Bank.

I received multiple counterfeit money’s from their ATM. They will not give me my money back now I’m out the money. Be weary about this corrupt bank. Reported then to secret service already.

Hope you don't have to call them for anything they almost never answer at this location and if they do they end up putting you on hold
