Fifth Third Bank & ATM N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago

Have you ever tried to use the atm on the side of the building? It is a perfect metaphor for how 5/3 attempts to provide a service but is ultimately a low effort solution that ends up being a frustrating experience.

Great bank, very friendly and helpful people. I needed some advise about refinancing of my house and manager she was so helpful and knowledgeable, explained to me everything so I could make a wise decision for our family. Tellers are always nice and greet me right after I step in. And they speak few languages so it's always nice to understand better the business language when someone can translate. Thank you for taking good care of your customers! Keep up that good work!

I am so ANGRY with this bank!!! Applied for secured card, they checked my credit (i didnt authorize). Then they never mailed my credit card because they claim they couldn't verify my address. I went to bank with proof of address, and weeks later, still no card. Today i called to inquire, they told me i have to reapply, now they will check my credit again, and lower my credit score by doing so! Halina is a beautiful and professional banker but even she cannot resolve this problem and this is why i am so upset. If they resolve the problem, i will delete this review, if they dont then i will tell everyone do not use 5/3 bank. They are a huge disappointment!

All the staff very very friendly, nice and very informative and could answer all my questions.
