Fifth Third Bank & ATM Donelson Pike, Nashville

Fifth Third Bank is horrendous to work with as a whole, do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. As for this branch, I needed a signature and was told to arrive by 4pm, I arrived at 3:15pm and was told to sit and they be with me in 15 minutes. 55 minutes later they called me to assist, unfortunately it was now 4:10pm and they could not get the approval for signature.

I bank here weekly, always through the drive thru (even pre-COVID)my average wait 10+ mins, with my most current visit taking 20mins before I was even to the teller spot. I try different times of the day and consistently have slow service. The employees are always pleasant and apologetic of the wait but it is a huge burden.

I was there last week to talk with a bank manager. The teller had short black hair. She never said "hi can I help you". She said.. "what are you needing".. I told her I need to talk to a bank manager about my account.. she said... I'm a bank manager and I got someone waiting and it be another hour before I can help. I told her I come back another time. She said nothing and walked off. She had an attitude... about how she spoke to me and looked down her nose at me... I don't know who she thinks she is... but she is not a people person. Most people at Fifth Third Banks are nice, but not her. I understand that we are in a Pandemic.. but no need for her to cop an attitude with customers. I just wonder how many more people she sunbs that come in the bank.

My brother in laws account was taking for 1,000 one wk someone made a dummy card and not two wks later someone hacked his account for HALF A MILLION. watch ur account carefully

Everyone that works there is so nice and always willing to help you with anything you need. They have a great attitude and really care about you. Great customer service!

Took forever to finally speak to some one. Then I was told they cannot give any info about promotions for opening a new account over the phone. He said I might find one online but could not tell me where to find them. I guess they don't want my business.

I really like this branch. Everyone is always in a good mood. They are always helpful.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will steal your money before you get it.
