    I stopped at the drive-thru this past week to cash a check. I gave the teller my debit card and my ID since I usually do not stop at this branch. The teller apparently realizing it was my birthday when she looked at my ID started singing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a pleasant surprise! Thanks again!

    I prefer this location to do all my banking. The employees are very helpful and seem to care about their customers. When I have had an issue, they have helped to solve the issue quickly.

    The bank froze my account due to "fraud" because I deposited a check at their ATM. I was told that my account would NOT be unlocked for almost a week and would be locked during the Thanksgiving week. I am no longer able to make purchases with my bank account during a holiday because of this bank. Do not bank with them.

    This is about 5/3 in general. They are closing their branches. (Kent,Streetsboro) Just to far away for me, I will be closing my accounts with them.

    Greetings, Writing you guys after 3 months of putting up with one or another thing at the above mentioned location regarding deposits change and customer service- (What’s that) My name is Lakhan Gohil we franchised the 7-11 @ 3349 Kent road stow Ohio and the open account is set up with you guys so started going to make a deposit ....have been in a retail business for more then 12 years and haven’t seen a staff plus manager at a bank location worst then this... The first time there employee started saying stuff about bills not being separated so i called 7-11 corporate they told us that they pay extra $50 every month to have the bank employees take care of that and told me on camera I should take the money out from safe and put a deposit slip and put money and a slip in the bag and take it to the bank, but I was being nice and separate the bills for them cause Mitchelle and Janice told me that I would hold up other customers, I felt bad cause they thought other customers as customers and they didn’t think for a moment that I am a customer too so I started doing the night drops so avoid all the problems! They said before I come to the bank I need to call them and tell them what change I need so wouldn’t hold up no customer I started doing that again I am not a customer everyone else is The manager calls me and tells me he’s got new employees working so they wouldn’t know what to do if I have more then one deposit in a bag like they can’t see bundled up money with the deposit slip over it with a rubber band over the money and a deposit slip I said ok.... When I call them and ask them I need change they always had one or another reason not to provide me the change I need so i go to our other business banks to get change And they have always got an attitude for one or another thing and suppose to be CUSTOMERS CENTRIC but I guess they have no idea what customer service is..... Just wanted to let you guys know so you wouldn’t have to lose other business customers.... We are in a process of changing the bank now because of this cause can’t take it no more I think you guys should teach them what is customer service and let them know to leave attitude home when they come to work. We are about to buy a another 7-11 across the street from the bank and will change the banking for that too soon as we take over because of the bad customer service not meeting the needs ....

    My service here is been excellent ! Friendly people friendly employees, ( I don’t care for the mobile banking app) but other than that this is a great bank
