Fifth Third Bank & ATM E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne

I switched banks several years ago due to overcharging for banking services. I have been extremely satisfied with 53 bank. The people are friendly, courteous and professional. This branch rocks!

My mortgage got bought by Fifth Third and they make it extremely difficult to set up automatic bill pay. Horrible service. I talked to a representative about this and he must have forgotten to send me the special form that is required to complete the auto bill pay because I never received it. Why not just make this easy by having it all online.

These people are liars of the highest magnitude. I'd advise you never to put your money in any 5th 3rd bank.

My experience with 5/3 bank has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a business. Megan and Tiffany have done the least amount possible in their power to help us out and provide information. They are incredibly rude via email and phone call. I wish I would have stayed with Lake City and saved myself the trouble. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very, very unprofessional and disappointing.

After the issues that I had with Chase Bank I will never go back to Chase I really do like this Bank because they make me feel comfortable in any Financial choice that I make and they have wonderful customer service and they always take their time to explain things to me to make sure that I understand.I have never had any major problems and whatever problems that I did come across they help me with so I have no complaints Thank you fifth third PS. I don't work for fifth third but I'm a loyal customer

The people here are really great. I recently refinanced mortgage, it was a breeze. I highly recommend this bank.

Good customer service. The phone app is very convenient for checking balances and transaction alerts.

The teller and banker helped me work through a complex issue with friendly demeanor that was much appreciated!
