My grandma has banked there for over 30 years, and I banked there for over 3 years. Unfortunately they are extremely disappointing when it comes to customer service. You can tell that they do not care about members. EDIT: I'd like to explain why I gave the review I did a bit more. in my 3 years of banking, i got 1 overdraft fee. It was a complete misunderstanding. I went in to see if there was any way that it could be reversed, and the people there made me feel like I had over drafted several times. They made me sit with a banker ( which i had no problem with) and she was pretty rude to me. after an hour of sitting there and talking to her about what happened, she said she would reverse the fee but that i can't overdraft again. I closed my account the next week, and move to another financial institution. with regards to my grandma, she has also never overdrafted except for when some checks were messed up and it was again, a once in a lifetime situation where she over drafted. They refused to reverse her fees even though she had been a client with them for over 30 years. I was appalled. I am still convincing her to move her banking to my institution ever since.

Definitely not happy with starting my account... Was told my first deposit would be a 2 day hold, it ultimately will end up being 10 total days and nothing in my account says anything about a hold, I had to call just to find out exactly what was going on with my money.. I called the help center to discuss and they hung up on me at the end. So far, not a good experience. Will update if it improves with my next deposit.

Anti second amendment. No gun allowed sign on door with a locking mechanism on doors when you enter. It feels very claustrophobic. One day it locked me in between doors because I had a wrench in my coat pocket. They offer no protection for me leaving the bank and walking back to my vehicle. The manager was rude after asking me if I wanted to open an account after they just charged me a large amount to cash a check there drawn off them because I didn't have an account thru them. I would never write a check to someone from that bank knowing how much they screw non members. I also told her I would feel better protecting myself instead of their ridiculous door system. I don't feel safe leaving the premises with sums of cash and unarmed. When I explained to her how my gun has saved my life and others in the past and I feel violated there, she said really snarkey " I wouldn't want anyone with a gun in my bank" as far as I'm concerned they are very liberal and don't care about their customers safety and God given freedoms.

Nothing against the people who work here, but I will never bank at fifth third ever again. Tried closing an account, had to jump through multiple hoops, kept reopening, and was charged with irreversible fees for no reason. They suck

I just went to the ATM here and could NOT withdraw any money. Are you freaking kidding me! Why have an atm if I can not get MY money out of my account!
