Yes I was thinking about banking here but I’m absolutely not! The teller the person had was very rude couldn’t give the person I was with a direct answer on her account cutting her off while she was explaining the situation about her account I don’t even feeling typing no more but …….

This has been my bank for 23 years now and I love it. I feel more comfortable at this bank than any others. Kristen Parsons-Waugh is the nicest and most knowledgeable banker that I have ever met. She makes you feel like a friend with your personal interest at the front of every conversation.

Well I can see why this branch has low ratings. The lead teller is short in her dealings with customers. The teller I was working with however was great. Unfortunately he was at the mercy of his supervisor. I think it’s a shame they don’t see this issue and correct it. The other Fifth Third banks don’t seem to have this poor customer service. I didn’t approach the manager because of the bad reviews he seems to have. I will drive to a different branch and get the friendly customer service this bank is know for!

Went to deposit over $400 cash Saturday right before close. Teller must have thought I wasn’t paying attention. I looked at my receipt puling off. Somehow someone trained to count money on demand failed to count $300! (6 -$50’s) of my deposit only putting in a little over $100. I walked in to have this resolved. She actually tells me I only have her $140 as she nonchalantly “recounts” her drawer in no midst of apology or surprise. (i.e you are a banker and someone just told you that you miscounted $300 and you didn’t even seem shocked or apologetic). After she “found” the discrepancy she didn’t even say anything she just pulled my account and typed in 300.00. She gave me my receipt and I told her “I still don’t even understand how this could have happened” IF I HAD LEFT THERE AND REALIZED AFTER THEY WOULD HAVE CLOSED AND THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NOTHING I COULD DO. I WITHOUT A DOUBT FEEL THAT WOMEN TIRED TO STEAL FROM ME. CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!

My wife opened an account and was assured there would be no monthly fees. She was further assured that if there were any fees that she could call a number the representative provided to her and there would be no such fees; that they would take care of it. This did not happen and the bank refused to refund her account the wrongly withdrawn funds. My wife opened an account to get a $200 promotional credit to her account if a direct deposit posts in 90 days. Her employer neglected to set up the direct deposit in a timely manner and when my wife spoke with bank manager the manager was unwilling to work with her to keep her promotional credit; the entire reason she wanted an account at that bank. On top of all of this, every manager she dealt with was very rude. AVOID THIS BANK!

Seruously, how is ONE STAR the lowest possoble rating? This is the most ZERO STAR branch that I have ever been to at any bank, ever. The manager is the rudest piece of banking trash imaginable- PLEASE do not trust these people with your money. Lies and deciet are one thing, but since when is it okay for your bank to flunk a basic math test??? RUN, DONT WALK to save yourselves from banking here.

The girl named Jennifer was intelligent and sweet. She was professional ad well. I actually loved it about her.

I am so glad i switched to Fifth Third! I have yet to have a single issue at any location, from Lexington to St. Petersburg Florida! The folks at this location are sooooo nice, fast and friendly!

They steal your money! They are rude and blame their technical issues on the customer! In under 24 hrs i had an overdraft fee and returned item and the money was in the account

Customer service was honestly amazing. Jennifer especially was so friendly and professional.
