Today I was cheat out of $20. While $20 may not be a lot of money. It was still my money. In the drive through I gave a deposit of $1240. I then added $60 to make it even. I received a receipt for $1280. With no explanation volunteered. At most banks if you give too much or too little the let you know. My teller didn’t think I’d check my receipt and tried to sent me on my way. When questioned she volunteered to count her drawer and to give me my money back. But what good is giving me my money if your not going to give me all that I had. What good is telling me my drawer balanced if my wallet balanced too. Not doing South Euclid branch anymore and you shouldn’t either. I’m going to leave out the neck rolling manager that came to assist but was of know assistance she simply reiterated what the teller said. She didn’t even say I can try to pull a camera, we will continue to investigate, I’m sorry for the mixup- nothing. A true class act!

I would give a 1 star but my banker was nice. But she failed to give me any information after I gave her my 300$ for a secured credit card. I have yet to receive any information about what’s going on with it. And the only time they have any information is when I call them or come in. It’s a lot of running around and I do not like that. I would like to get my money back but they already ran my credit and everything so it would be a waste of time. And only hurt me in the end. Communication on fifth third sucks!

IMO these people cheated me. I’m most unhappy and when I tried to resolve with them in a respectful manner, the assistant manager very rudely hung up on me. Lowest opinion of them at this point. Lowest grade for most unprofessional behavior ever. The one star I gave only in order to post.

These people are unprofessional.... Even though they are friendly and polite their policy are wrong and they don't explain in details....I am closing this account and I am telling my family members and friends to close theirs too and I have already started getting accounts close some of my family members have been around and hear me on the phone with this company and know they are bogus......#PLEASEBECAUTIOUSWHENCONSIDERING
