Everyone I've met at this branch has been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this bank for anyone living nearby.

Long time customer first time visiting the actual branch. Tellers seemed overwhelmed but still very helpful. Was satisfied. Building seem to be well maintained. Will be coming back again for the atmosphere and customer service.

Kehira was super helpful during a transaction. Very informative and had great insight. This bank needs more people like her in their branch.

Absolute worst branch, avoid spending any time here if possible. They were apathetic and completely unhelpful in ordinary banking options. The manager was rude and showed 0 interest in even trying to help me. Let the metal detectors at the door turn you away before enduring any one of their terrible staff. I would give 0 stars if possible because banks, these institutions we choose to entrust our money and essentially lives in could care less about us as people. They get their paycheck whether they suck or not, so please I implore you GO BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE (unless you are a masochist...)

Worse customer service ever I went there to get cash from my credit account and I asked is there any fee at all if I get cash from my credit account he said no but if you don’t pay by the end of the month we will charge interest. I said okay because I was able to pay by the end of the month. Today when I checked my account there is almost $300 that they toked for cash advance fee. That is stupid he should have told me about that fee.
