I just came in to this bank today I been told that I can't bring in a lot deposits from my company and told to go to other bank if keep happening again.... this older blonde woman was very rode towards me and also to her co worker who was helping me that make so uncomfortable the way she speaks to me and to her co worker.

Counter cashier is friendly and helpful. Always in and out of the bank in under 10 minutes. Most banking is done online and eventually we will all be cashless. But for now this is a decent location with courteous staff

During the pandemic the rental portal that I use went out of business. This forced me to have to purchase money orders and physically walk into a bank to pay my landlords. I have done this in the past at other banks and the process was seamless. I have been to this particular bank location 4 times at the first of the month to place a money order in my land lords account. I do not bank here, I am not withdrawing and every time is this long drawn out process. The bank tellers move very slowly and often seem like they do not know certain processes . I became very frustrated today when a bank teller that I have worked with three times said that she needed to verify my money order. She disappeared for 5 minutes only to come back and say that she couldn’t proceed with a process that she has been doing previously. The entire thing felt fishy, made me severely uncomfortable and turned me off from this location entirely. I do not suggest opening an account at this location. Even though I do not bank here I would never consider it.

2nd day in a row the ATM machine is down. Went through the window and only had 1 rep working, and they took a customer out of turn infront of me.

Fifth Third is completely horrible! Had to cancel my business account from them. If I withdrew money, They charged me a fee, if I paid my charge bill over the phone or at the branch they charged me a fee. I would never open up another account. It was an on going issue for years. Finally got fed up!

I'm extremely disappointed that a company this large is so unwilling to provide quality customer service. I've been given wrong information as well as lied to numerous times. I've reached out to both the representatives at the branch and the customer support center and have not been offered any resolution. I was promised a call back on 01/07/2015 that day by the Assistant Vice President at the Fifth Third branch in Huntersville, NC and as of the 01/10/2015, I have yet to receive a phone call. I would strongly recommend anyone opening a bank account with Fifth Third to reconsider as there are several other banking options.

I waited in line for 20 minutes today and was first in line. A car came through the drive through and waited less than 30 seconds and was waited on before me. I think they need to stress more attention on the customer that came in and has been waiting over a person that just arrived at the drive through. Will not be going to that branch again.

Very unsatisfied with this bank... can't do things online, on my phone, or on the app that I am supposed to be able to do half the time so I end up having to go in to the bank ...then they want to try to have you sit down and talk about financial options every time you go in...makes me feel like I've stepped into a car lot and am being given the sales pitch...then I go in for something and am told I'll have to speak with a personal banker...sit and wait 10 minutes only to be told the teller could have handled it...guess it wouldn't have bothered me except no less than 3 personal bankers walked by me while I was waiting and I could hear them joking and carrying on down the hall with other employees while I sat there and waited.. do I went back to the teller who did the transaction then ... wait for it..tried to get me to speak with someone about there financial options.. REALLY?
