Fifth Third Bank & ATM Carothers Pkwy, Franklin

A lot of great things to say about my experience at this new 5/3 bank location! This is a must visit location....Totally new design and awesome concept. Coffee & purified drinking water, Wi-Fi work area like a high class coffee bistro and excellent customer service! Be sure to ask for Narah!! You can tell immediately that she is a professional that is very focused to helping her customers! She was able to make some needed changes to my accounts PLUS Narah also found a way to save me $25 in monthly fees!! Her manager was also helpful and the rest of the staff very friendly. Nice to see 5/3rd investing in new building designs and great employees that give me a reason to stop in for a visit!

Every 5/3 Bank from Michigan to Tennessee is the best bank ever! Every single person is kind, caring and so very respectful, and diligent! They are all really interested in everyone! They have treated me like a family member!

Todd Rutland, the manager, has shown me just how helpful, accommodating, and fast service in the banking industry can be. Because of this, I'm moving my entire insurance agency banking to 5/3 bank in January, 2021. His deep knowledge of loan products and his willingness to bend over backward to help me and my agency has made 5/3 the ONLY option for my growing business. If Todd was managing all of the 5/3 banks in the region, they would be far more competitive against even USBank, who I currently use for my agency

I rarely write reviews, but I had to write my own personal experience with this Bank and the staff at this location. The respect and attention they provided me is so humbling. I have had so many bad experiences with banks, so I thought I should test this bank and I am so glad I did. I have only been a client in 4 weeks and I am planning to move all my accounts to them. Thank you Timothy, Todd ( the Branch Manager who is so kind and patient... also very Smart!) and even Michael, I have nothing to say but 5 Stars to you all!!

I was told by an online rep at 5th 3rd that I would need to go into a branch to update my name and get the proper tax document that I need to file my taxes. She gave me the address of this branch. Neither of those things were accomplished today as I sat in an office with a banker that said no more than ten words to me and had to ask her manager for everything. I really hope I can resolve this elsewhere so I don't ever have to go back to this branch.

App is usually down for maintenance. Can never get anybody to help after hours. Undisclosed information about accounts when signing up, i.e. you won’t be able to use online banking for 30 days after signing up, overdraft coverage is apparently different than overdraft protection. Poor customer service. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for a cashiers check but then my account was deducted after the fact.

Always the utmost of accommodating when doing business at this branch, which has been almost 100% of my transactions. There is another 5/3 location close by, but I have always preferred this location due to great customer service with their staff!
