Fidelity National Title Academy Rd, Albuquerque

I was disappointed in my Fidelity Title experience. 1) They charged some junk fees that other title companies don't charge (like Stewart Title) and 2) Tony Ponce and his team made an error on my closing that it took me many hours to correct.

A prime example of gross incompetence. Closed on the sell side at 7:30 am. The buyers closed with cash at 12:30 pm. Yet, somehow, they were unable to complete a wire transfer by the 4:00 pm cut-off time. Earlier in the week, numerous emails and phone calls were unreturned. One of the employee’s voicemails was full and unable to receive messages. This is not the way to do business. If I have a choice again, Fidelity National Title will be my last choice.

Just closed on my house. Had a great experience with this agency. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. All my documents were finished on time for us to move into our new home. We had a short window of time to have it all done, but they came through for us. Tony Ponce was excellent.

This is a work review. Even with Covid restrictions they are closing loans and helping people get into the homes of their dreams. They move a title through the process with attention to detail and keep all up to date on progress. Closing is smooth. Highly recommend.

Had to go in to provide a single signature. Was treated like I was a stranger when I showed up for my appointment and had to explain who I was and why I was there to multiple people before the person I was there to see finally came out to get me. Rest of the experience at least went well and without further issue

This agency is very efficient and friendly and did a great job handling closing on property. Everything ran very smoothly and the documents are explained by the agents.
