My husband and I needed a home equity line of credit. Mr. Bradley at Fidelity Bank in Shelby NC helped us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Always willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend him.

We used to deal with a larger bank in Shelby, but switched over our personal and business accounts to Fidelity years ago. The staff at this branch are super nice, easy to work with and very professional! The online services are easy to use and understand. Definitely a great bank to choose for any of your banking needs.

The online banking UI is functional and easy to understand. All the services I end up using -- checking, credit card, safe deposit box, savings, etc have all been exceptional.
