My husband has been banking here for some time and I recently changed an account from another bank to Fidelity. If you want a real, personal experience, if customer service is a priority, well , here it is. Mr. Cox is the branch manager and he is top notch as is everyone at this branch.

I agree with Ben Hawkins, The Tellers take a very personal, caring & concerned interest in their clients. They make one feel like family. I have moved out of Holly Springs so it is a bit of a jaunt to get to the bank personally, but I love the mobile banking options. I miss seeing the "girls" but they are so sweet to call & or email to check in on me. Love the small town feel of the bank.

I began banking with Fidelity Bank in 2004. I had just moved here from out of state. I asked a variety of people who they banked with, but interestingly they all complained. I choice Fidelity Bank, Holly Springs. The tellers are so accommodating and pleasant. They even take all my calls now that I am disabled. And they do it correctly, calmly, and friendly.
