Fidelity Bank S Church St, Burlington

Our company has been with Fidelity Bank for a couple of years. We deal mainly with Sharon Oakley for our business needs. Sharon has been awesome! She goes above and beyond to help you any way that she can. It is so obvious that she knows her business and she just puts you at ease. Great Bank! Great People!

Fidelity is by far the best bank I have worked with over the years. When it comes to Business and personal banking needs Catherine Davis has been a pleasure to work with. After each visit I leave knowing exactly what I needed taken care of is done and all questions answered. She goes above and beyond your expectations.

I’m a new small business owner and going into this is scary with no knowledge of the banking side. I was recommended to contact Catherine at the Burlington branch of Fidelity and after a short chat I felt a weight of my shoulders immediately. She is quick to respond, quick to get you an answer about anything, and has really shown she is the definition of reliable. My visits to the branch are always friendly and helpful! I appreciate these things as it is a dying characteristic these days. Thank y’all for really caring!

Fidelity bank in Burlington is by far the best! Everyone is so personable & welcoming! Catherine will go out of her way to make sure all of my questions are answered & that all of my business and personal banking needs are met! I have had a few experiences with the Burlington branch on behalf of a new client and the customer service has been very poor. During one incident I was asked by my client to retrieve information at the Burlington branch. At the drive up window, the teller asked me to come back in 1 hour. I asked if I should bring or do anything specific upon my return, and I was told no. When I returned after 1 hour, it was then that I was told what I needed to do or bring, and the teller stated that I had not asked for this information before. I was willing to deal with the inconvenience of finding out at that precise moment that there were additional steps to take. I was not prepared or inclined to accept the inaccurate account of my previous visit. When I mentioned my earlier inquiry about what actions were needed on my part, the teller flat out denied that I had inquired. It was a poor customer service moment that did not serve the purpose of helping me help my client, who is a member of the bank. Based on this and other interactions, I cannot recommend this bank to any clients, colleagues, family, or friends. The customer service level is too low. In my former position as a trainer, I would recommend further training for the teller(s) involved. Apprehensive about using this bank for any further client services. Not sure what type of service I or my client(s) will receive.

We switched banks and moved to Fidelity because of the professionalism, warmth, humor, and superior service provided by Sharon Oakley. She is an asset to Fidelity and provides the kind of customer service and attentiveness that all of us wish were the rule and reality with/of all companies! Thanks Sharon and Fidelity for making a potentially complicated situation, easy, and for being there for us. We are confident that this level of service will be our experience with you from here on out.
