They never showed to me that they had the best interest of my needs and failed to provide reasonable care. I regret doing business here and I do not recommend their services. Here are my reasons: 1. No continuation of business. My assigned accountant quit the firm, and I didn’t know about this until a month after. They didn’t follow up with me as a client. 2. Bad communication. I called for weeks to their office and they kept saying that they were leaving messages to this “accountant”. 3. No follow up. After taking my documentation, he never did anything. I kept calling and emailing, and I was told that “I was the next one to be worked”. I never was!!!!!!!!! They had the audacity of telling me that I was the last person they had on their desk, but if there were other people coming in, that they had the priority. To be fair, I am giving a two star because they didn’t go “no contact” with me and they sent me an email confirming the extension to file my taxes. TWO DAYS AFTER THE DEADLINE. These are extraordinary times, but this is service and people who value their time should steer clear of this place and look for a business who value their time.

This is THE most professional tax preparing company I've ever came across. The head accountants are extremely knowledgeable in their field and have a firm understanding of what they're doing. Extremely competent and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Empire tax professionals provide stellar service and have the experience to service their clients best! Highly recommend...

My consultation was not so great. I don't feel that the accountant took the time to find out exactly what help I needed. Therefore, I am not sure if they are able to provide the services that I need.

Came in to do my taxes 2 years ago, paid $200+ to get it done. I recently go a letter from IRS saying my taxes were never filed. Went back to see what happened and they input the wrong social in their system but never filed them anyways. Maria helped me refile them, but then charged me another $200 when i asked why I was told it was because they filed my sales tax in the past. Either way now I have to pay penalties for not filing because of an accountants fault. Nice people here but didn't like how I wasn't even given an apology for their mistake & charged twice to do my taxes. Not cool.

OMG this place is marvelous the person that do my taxes Sandra Diaz she is efficient on time knowledgeable of what she's doing she gives good advice answer question courteous I would recommend her to anyone and all the staff is courteous overall best place ever to do your taxes

I went to Fernando Suarez to do my taxes because of the good ratings on google. The place seems to be a really nice place but my experience wasn't good at all. I walked in, the first question they asked me was am I Spanish. I said no and sat down and waited my turn (about ten minutes). I went into the little office and showed the lady my w2 form and my 1099 form. She looked at me and said oh that's not good. Long story short she said I would get back an amount that didn't sound right. She was making it sound as if she did not want me to file my 1099 form. I excused myself and went down the street to liberty and they have gotten me back about 3 times as much without making me feel out of placee or as if I was doing the wrong thing for trying to file both my forms. My boyfriend was also looking forward to doing business with his own people but now is also going to be going to liberty taxes.

Excellent customer service, they really help people, always full, but the wait is worth it. Most of the employees are bilingual

I had that lady Bianca, very arrogant person and she dosent do what she is supposed to.
