Great organization and beautiful, new facilities up in the North Valley!

I love banking at Farmers credit union !!! With that being said, it's like the staff is more like family as soon as you walk in the door your made to feel welcome I feel like I have a personal banker in Eric Herrera, he along with the other staff has help my with finances, credit repair, loans, credit cards I've been able to manage my financial situation with this bank way better. It's nice to get phone calls and or emails with info about your account or reminders it shows how much they care about their customers !!!

The staff is AMAZINGLY helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I enjoy my banking visits, since it’s like catching up with friends every time. All of the staff members help with new products, sorting out any issues, and make multiple transactions easy.

I have been a farmers account holder for almost 10 years with many accounts. My experience has been pleasant until I recently applied for a loan and was assigned Megan Tondreau as my loan officer. She declined my application without a phone call or email to explain and when I received a letter in mail two weeks later I had to track her down. When I contacted her she was very rude and told me the decision was final. I checked my loan history and decided to email the last loan officer who helped me. The same day my new loan officer approved me within minutes and money in my account same day!

All of the branch employees treat me like a friend. They know my name, remember things we have chatted about from my last visit and always make me feel welcome. I appreciate having the branch right downstairs. Even when I'm not in the branch, if I pass them in halls, they call me by name and say hello. Excellent customer appreciation!!!

Another 4 weeks have gone by and we are still waiting for the loan papers Farmers review Applied for a loan here and we have great credit, 3 1/2 weeks later STILL not done putting it together. When I apply at Hughes, Vantage West or OneAz I get and answer back in a couple of hours, sign and done. Here is their excuse "sorry we are busy". Wow, shows how much they care about their fellow employees!!! They get a 5 stars on the Theysuck-o -Meter UPDATE: ITS DONE!!!! **7 WEEKS TO GET IT DONE*** Have patience if you apply for a loan here

I always get great service at the credit union and haven’t found better rates. I love that they offer so many incentives and training opportunities to help us save more and manage our personal finances better.
